Figured this would be a good place to ask this question: What is the most super-adhesive waterproof tape available? I'm talking about the type of adhesive that has a multiple-page manual of safety warnings, should probably require a waiver signed in front of a Notary Public, that you must have complete silence, gloves, and protective eyewear to apply it .... the kind of tape you could use to bind a rabid raccoon to a bedpost and sleep soundly overnight.

I have a crack in the boot of my waders at a flex point, all my attempts to keep it sealed have failed, and stripers are a-runnin'.
What are the waders made out of/
whats the surface like?
What have you tried so far?
Gear Aid kit/product comes to mind or flex tape???
That and really cleaning area to be fixed with rubbing alcohol?

Thanks all for the adhesive recommendations. I had already tried a good number of them and see a few I'll put on my wish-list for the future. That said, those waders are/were a set of cheap-o's and I just so happened to play fishing guide (both a boat-trip and some shore missions) a few times this fall for a buddy who had a NIB pair of waders that didn't fit him so he gifted me that in appreciation of helping him fill his freezer for the winter, so I got to upgrade instead of salvage.

I was wondering what/who does incandescent light repair kit user.

Regardless it seems -->>Every year this time I put Christmas decorations and that stuff away and I vow to never again.with that clutter. 11 months from now I will be digging down through a years worth of lawn care detritus and watersports apparatus to find the stuff all over again.:foreheadslap:
