So I usually run Stretch fins in my boards, but recently I put together a quad set (Archy/fronts, QD2 flat/rears,) and am loving it, fast, responsive, drivey, with good release off the top. So are flat foil, faster, better for bigger surfers, or did I just stumble onto a set up that works really well on this particular board?

if anyone can do it it wud be griff! maybe cnc machine?
I think that would be the best path
start with a thick enough panel and cnc
Jeff(Nine Lights) does future base custom, I understand how he achieves cant out of a flat panel, so it is possible even without cnc of a thick panel (but it looked like a pain in the ass)(y)
