Lack of statewide mask mandate doesn't mean businesses still can't force them, or that you aren't allowed to wear 1, 2, or even 10 masks

Don't forget cities. Miami had (and I'm pretty sure still does) mask laws after Florida ended the statewide laws.Lack of statewide mask mandate doesn't mean businesses still can't force them
Paper tiger. DeSantis issued an executive order that made it illegal for any county/city/town etc. in Florida to enforce a mask mandate.Don't forget cities. Miami had (and I'm pretty sure still does) mask laws after Florida ended the statewide laws.
Ima bout sick of executive orders. We should get back to being a republic. Based on reports from folks who have travelled to Miami recently it sounds like Miami is ignoring his order.Paper tiger. Miami isn't ignoring his order. The cops are handing out masks and pieces of paper. The order says the mask mandate can't be enforced. You can thank the officer for the mask, then wipe your ass with it and toss it in a trash can and go about your day.Ima bout sick of executive orders. We should get back to being a republic. To safeguard the health of its citizens and the economy, Miami Beach police have been instructed to hand out face masks to anyone not wearing one and who don’t have a mask in their possession, and issue citations for those violating the mask mandate.
“We need to let people know they have to wear masks and (we will) give citations even if we can’t collect the fine right now,” said Miami Beach Mayor Dan Gelber.
Your sis would be one data point. Donnie BooBoo applied his approach to the entire aggregate.I wonder if I'd change my thoughts on the subject if I stood to inherit land/$$$ or be relieved of some terrible burden if older family/relative of mine died.

Again, I wonder what he wants them to do with immigrants with COVID versus "normal" people with COVID? Is there some exception in the Constitution that allows you to lock some people up but not others? How to take credit for success and shift blame for failure:
Just stop thinking of them as people and think of them as “criminals” and “illegals” and voila, clean conscience! Same with prisoners!Again, I wonder what he wants them to do with immigrants with COVID versus "normal" people with COVID? I think it was just last week where posters here said it was all good if businesses in Texas wanted to keep mask mandates at their shops and that law-abiding Texans would respect that.mustve been antifa.
