I'm goofy footed but right side dominant (hand and foot). Going backside comes much more naturally to me than frontside. Like I have to think less, I stay in the pocket better when I need to, creating speed comes easier, and backside cutbacks and rebounds are WAY easier than front side, just connecting the dots comes easier. Front side, sometimes I feel like I'm almost fighting myself and overthinking it.
Something I've noticed is that goofy footers tend to be better backside than regular footers, or at least don't mind going backside. Most regular footers I know almost refuse to go left.
