Surfing is out of ideas. There really isn't anything left to try or innovate. Someone somewhere has already done it. Now you have Kalani Robb riding a clunky mid-length at lowers cause its the new old thing. 
Calm down. Just because an industry trade organization (funded by the industry) issues an “award” to the company that donated the most money to the organization doesn’t mean a fuckking thing about surfing.
