This is pretty similar to my set up.
I use 2x solar blows air in and use whirlybird fan to blow air out of my shedI'm in the process of building a shed for my boards, and I'm loving this thread.
Currently under consideration on my side is ventilation for summer months, and fin storage / display.

sick leash storage skillz braI use the adjustable tabs and rails that you can buy at hardware stores, cut a slot in pvc tubing with a dremel, and cover with pipe insulation. Easy to adjust and the rails come in different lengths. For those on the floor, I keep them shoulder to shoulder since vertical stacking lets them protrude into the garage and takes up to much real estate.
