Not a bad idea and a good deal if you break it down over 25 years.

My wife and I went to Santa Teresa/Mal Pais a few years ago. Beautiful place with not much tourism...yet. Be forwarned though that there is no night life, hookers etc. Just mellowness and mostly beach breaks.
