Funny, I find them to be so thin they are actually a bit immodest for wearing out of the water- like you can clearly see the outlines of my tip. Realized a couple weeks ago at a pool with the kids. Oops.

yep. I have a pair of those ones, too.
you gotta try before you buy, or just buy a bunch and return what you don’t like.
+1 on never knowing which are the “surfing” pair. Every year they seem to change the name. I have the last two years “surf” trunks and they’re considerably different in cut and material between one another. Both are keepers, none the less. Haven’t suefed in anything else sinice.
