Sure looks like a nice in between the 2win fish and the knifey'er normal 2win.

Anyone have ride reports on the V2Thing? I got dimensions from stretch on the speedbuzz. Great looking board but more nose width than I was looking for. They have some squished down Things on insta (5'10 20 wide stuff) that look very appealing. But not a ton of ride reports here. Seems like the 2x4 has become more popular, but that's way too legit a board for socal everydays.

Flipping coin between V2 or skate.

It's a touch big for me, but I'd make it work if it wasn't futures. I don't have any futures!
I mean, if you're hypothetically gonna drop $1K on a board with shipping, might as well spend the extra $80 for a set of fins made for it

I really need to do the same. It's my favorite board. Works in everything. The one above (the orange one) is over volumed and a great small wave board, but I need to order a smaller thinner one as a daily. I used to have a thin 5'7 that worked so well.

They recommended a 5'8 x 20.25 x 2.2 for me. I'm 5'8 165-170 depending on the meal. Definitely thinner than I go on my usual daily drivers, but I have no problem following Stretch blindly

Not trying to throw a monkey wrench in your plans, but I had a 5-8 x 20.25 x 2.2 SB SK8. Came in at 32+ liters. I'm 6-0 x 180lbs. Seem a little big for ya, but I also dont know your abilities.

Haha you definitely did throw a monkey wrench! I'm typically on a 31-32L board though so I'm not too worried about it. It's what they recommended based on a good amount of info I gave them

NOICE! I just went Speedbuzz..only because I don't like riding daily driver type boards shorter than I am tall. We'll see who gets theirs first!!??
