there's a widened set of "everyday" dims on FCD's description. you'd be hard-pressed to use the "Gun" version around SD

6’4” Bulkley step up in the works. V bottom. Will sit above a 6’0” ghost. I’m in the NE, wanted a board with some extra paddle but not too long. If I was in CA this would probably be a 6’8” or something.

I'm in NY and I just ordered a 6' 4" x 18.9 x 2.55 (~32.8L) R. Blackbird to sit above my 5'11 ghost. We've just had too many swells this season where the ghost would have been fine if the conditions were a little better, or I wasn't so tired from surfing for 3 hours yesterday, or etc etc. I want to be able to move around the lineup and get into position better when there's a lot of current and wind and I'm fking cold.

I was waffling about it for two weeks because the season is halfway over but I'm hoping I can get it by March when we usually get some more swells. Last year we had swells in March, April, May and July where I could have used it so I may as well just get it and quit making excuses.
