I imagine it's difficult to duck dive with a camera. I wonder why he just didn't swim out? Regardless, that dudes lucky it was Mason on that wave.

i was about 11 when i got run over trying to squeek by in front of someone. since then ive been going behind. just like i do for cars

This exact scenario happened to me a few weeks back. Except in my case, it was a 50 yo women who decided the best course of action was to stop, stand up on the reef, and start screaming and yelling at me to go around and not hit her when I was 20 yards away. If she just paddled inside everything would have been fine. SMFH.
