I mostly agree with your take but if Rasta claimed to not know about stab or the EAST series while actually being aware of it, that's the disingenuous facade I was referring to.
I don’t find this hard to believe at all. If it weren’t for erBB posts I wouldn’t know about stab. It doesn’t mean i’m a disconnected hippy, it means stab is maybe not as popular as you or they think it is.

IMO, Vuori is the antithesis of hippy clothing, but the brand must have calculated an ROI for Rob that it made sense to sign him. I’ve ran in similar circles with Rob for the last 32 years that I call BS on his presented persona. He’s obviously a household name and can command a decent paycheck and/or a percentage of sales from whomever he’s aligning himself with.
