Melding of español and zapoteca. Regional accents abound, even within the same state they will vary by municipality. With time I’ve learned to differentiate between the municipality where I live and those that border on it, some others in the state as well. Everybody knows chilangoes when they hear it.

The only reason why Soft Top is still president is that his handler chose party-girl Valley Girl as his VP. If either side caves on Joe then the country is stuck with a pure simpleton. Neither party wants that shackle. The now-unacceptable side effect is that there's no Blue board left to replace Soft Top after he leaves.
