This I'm not sure about. If Soft Top dies soon enough Coconut will lose the primary fair and square, which is probably the best outcome for all considered. Assume she does jack sh!t in Iowa (if it's still first for the D) and New Hampshire, then lays more eggs in diverse electorates in South Carolina and Nevada.

Coconut is tying with Bernie and beating RFK Jr. If Soft Top dies before the primary calendar starts, Newsom would beat her easily, as would almost anyone else who made it as far as the Iowa caucus in 2020.
