You don't seem to be grasping the point that people on both sides of the culture war are *learning* to be more hateful as they become more exposed to the abuse. There's no group of people who will respond positively to the overt "fck you" that gets handed out these days.

I don't know what the answer is but I do know that if everyone here emulated the rage spirals of a couple of our regulars we'd all end up being bummed out and hostile to each other.

I didn't vote for Trump in large part because of his complete lack of temperance or circumspection. I don't believe he can deliver 1/10th of what he's promised and I don't think the GOP will hold either house of Congress by the end of his 4yr term. It won't matter because unless he gets a personality transplant the next POTUS absolutely will be a Democrat.

As long as the next POTUS isn't HRC I'm good with all that. Every bit of it.
