hey doc, ive got a sinus infection. is this from the dirty ocean water in new jersey? how does it actually infect your sinuses? any way to prevent it?

Sinus infection have multiple causes. Dirty water is actually rather low on the list. Do gently blow out those sinuses after a session. Any bloody, gooey nose that doesn't clear up after a couple days or associated with fevers, severe headaches etc should be seen by a doc!
