Gentlemen ; heading to headlesburg for my wife's birthday is salmon creek the beach to hit from there , any other spots would be appreciated , I'm a Canuck so can handle cold water 4/3 3/2 no booties ? :)

The NDBC observations are in the low 50s. That sounds sporty in a 3/2 with no booties.

If I were you I'd try editing to Sonoma County or Chinook Stream or something. The few people I've met from that zone are pretty hush-hush about it. They only seemed to admit it even exists long enough to confirm that it's an excellent place to bleed to death from attempted great white shark predation.

lol awesome Roger that bring the booties and some halibut heads , last birthday trip was Santa Barbara last January I drove on the highway and I'm like wow that looks like some waves pull over figure out how to walk down to the break ask some guy in the water what they call this spot and he looks at me like I'm an absolute Buffoon and says your not from around here this is Rincon

OBSF. Duh. Samons crack is an avg wave on a good day. Buddy lives in Santa Rosa and prefers to drive to OBSF. He may be impartial having lived in the city for quite some time and so am I, but my experience with that zone is on par with most breaks north of the Gate. Cold, fickle, and sharky.
