Initially i was thinking as a travel/tube board. Then started thinking it would be ideal if i also had something to battle longboarders on smaller days. maybe i need both.

MC Rev Vee/Bump Wing/Channel Twin just in, complete with G-10 MC Bat Fins!
7'1x21x2.88x47.2L looking stealth for some waves with nice curve. Rails are tuned and tail is pulled, apparently the tail in the same as his shortboard step up RP. Frothing right now and we're gonna try and find somewhere to hide together from the monster Thanksgiving swell coming through!

Where did you get these fins? I don't see them on NVS's website. I just ordered one of these boards in 6'7" and trying to determine what fins to order. Thanks.

I've been drooling over one of these for weeks now. Any feedback on it? Hows it go?

My unfortunate experience is that to battle longboards you need to get to 8'. My 7-7 doesn't do it. At least not at my local wave. On an overhead day I will be sitting 10 yards inside.

Depends on design and paddle power for me. I can match it with them on my oversized Bottom Feeder. Might be a location thing though too.

I custom ordered a 7'2" without channels and had the shaper add in a center box in case I didn't like the twin keel feel. Paddles like a dream-especially in current- and catches waves easily. I can only duck dive it like 3 or 4 times before I can't move my arms. You can sit outside the short boards, but you still can't compete with the longboards. All in all, in really increases your wave count, but it's not as fun to surf after you catch the wave.

I think you have to get them direct from MC, tried them in my Townsend asym. For me the g10 felt VERY stiff

No feedback yet, day before it arrived injured wrist. I've been eyeballing it, looking like best for curvy surf, narrow minimalist foil for this style board. Thinking racy lined up beach break.
