Roberts surfboards

Hey there, I wanted to ask you all if any of you have ridden Roberts surfboards. I'm thinking of getting one. The surfshop that i ride for is able to hook me up with a good deal. In the past i have gone to another shaper with the dems that i like.

I had one for a while and it was pretty solid. Sold it because it was to big for me. I'd say go for it if u can get a good deal.

I don't actually own a Roberts surfboard, but I have tried my friend's 6'8" and 6'4". The best word to describe Roberts surfboards is that they're solid. His boards are pretty beefy and has nicely filled out rails, and just had a good weight the minute you held it under your arm. I had a 6'4" JC and we switched boards and my board was completely different than his. They were both standard 6'4 performance thrusters, but mine felt more like a skateboard and looser, while his Roberts held a longer line and threw more spray. I think my friend got a great deal on both boards, Roberts surfboards are a great value for the $$. I plan on getting one from him in the future.

I have had a few of his boards.They have been very good boards in all aspects!
Plus the shaper surfs insane too!
