only thing I am wondering is it going to drop further??

If u want zero closing cost loan, meaning same rate/APR, message me. Dont pay points, appraisal, or third party costs to a big bank or a Quicken. Ill show you the way. Keep a close eye on the 10 year T

Finally, got a 2.5%/30yr, no fees! In the works.
Get in asap if you haven't cause after Dec. 1st, there's a .5% fee added!
Who’d you go with? I’m gonna refi again after my sixth payment in November

I've had 2 friends go with Owning and said it was one of the best experiences they've had.

I honestly don't even know the name of the co. we went with, wife took care of it.

Just remember, rates will go up in Dec.1st? i believe. regardless of how high or low they are. So I'd get in asap so you close before then if you can?

The industry is super slammed busy too so that can add a little more time to close because there is somewhat a shortage of employees for all the work that needs to be done.
My wife likened it to the '08 crisis. Where as a lot of skilled workers left the industry, as well as others like construction, to take up something else, and now there is just not as many as needed around to do the work in a timely manned because they are so slammed.

We just Re-fi with Owning. I have a Loan I'm about to close for them at 4 pm today. $469,400/2.5%/30yr fixed. Total loan cost to borrower $0. Good stuff!
Just called Owning, guys seem legit. Quoted me 2.375% 30 yr on $505k about 7k in fees or the 2.65% 30 yr no fees. Unreal!

I'm wishing I had bought gold mid last year at $1200/oz.

News today was saying with lower interest rates forcasted, gold is going to hit a high of $2200/oz.

I'm a Mobile notary for one this afternoon. The borrower bought his condo in 1984 for $100K. His appraisal came in at $1,350,000. North County gold.
I think this guy needs to get a financial advisor. how to do you refi something that should already be paid off?
