I'm going to surf for the first time and would like to know if contacts lenses can hold in the waves ? You can wear contacts in the water.<BR>Yes, keep your eyes closed when duck diving.<BR>Some people wear sunglasses or even a little cap! Its all up to you!<P>You go girl!
