Isabella? Sweet! Nice town... or at least it used to be back in the late 70's early 80's, wonder how much more developed it is now.

Fairly overrated as a surf destination....even moreso as a place to live, especially if you like to surf.

still not overdeveloped but I anticipate it will be fairly soon. My spot is 1 of 14 lots and only 3 houses constructed so far.
and yep PR is getting expensive but it sure is cheaper than California and has better surf…
Hatteras is aight and North Flordy's ease of use is off the charts.
