There was a case a few years back of a mailman who got busted for throwing out mail in ballots. Other cases involved workers at nursing homes filling out ballots for people who were incapacitated. Just so many ways to cheat if it comes down to mail in ballots.
That mayor lost his job for NOT closing the beaches. With this situation you are going to have a lot of mayors lose their jobs FOR closing the beaches.
