That's a pretty comprehensive routine. I will menton that Von Meister, who I call the "Barbell Doctor" because his gym works in concert with MDs, said that your body will adapt to bodyweight exercises in very short order, like a week or two. At some point soon you have to add resistance (weight). You might ask the trainer about how you can do that.
Met with the trainer today. Starting on Friday. Stocked. Will update with what they have me do. I told them to throw everything they have at me. I’m so ready to get this behind me.

First trip to the trainer today. Starting light and working our way up to get my back and hips used to everything. I don’t know the name of all these exercises but I’ll do my best below lol.

Started with a few minutes on the treadmill, then moved into some bird dogs, push ups, bridges and one other stretch I don’t know the name of. 2 reps of 20 each.

Moved on to inclined heel taps, kneeled rowing upping the weight on each rep, goblin squats with a bench and 15lbs. the thing where you grab two handles while standing, then lean back and pull yourself back up. 3 reps of 15 each.

Then they stretched us out for a couple minutes.

Everything went very well. I’m sore as fack, but looking forward to continuing. I’ll probably need about 30 more days before I can start surfing again according to them, but I’m hoping to cut that shorter.
