Duluth is good stuff. Was in Providence, RI a few months back and popped into their store and guess who was on the tv in there!

from the article showing the similarities I think it probably has more to do with Gap intentionally knocking off patagonia's exact logo with the fish and replacing the lettering for Patagonia with "Montana" The colors and even the design of the fish looks almost identical.
