I didn't make these videos, just saying the workout is hard.
All good. I didn’t realize that KBs have been round long enough that the stuff the legit OGs developed is being recycled and thought you might want to see the source.

FWIW, EDT works great with complexes and hack squats are the hardest.

IIRC KBs have been around forever in the eastern bloc. The Turkish Get-Up may be the oldest strength training exercise that is documented.

Doing chin-ups every day is best.

Every time you walk past the chin up bar you crank out a quick ten.

That is more about neural priming.
The times in my life where my chinup numbers were highest were when I was surfing several times a week. Not sure which one helps the other more.

The time in my life when was an absolute paddling machine was when I was swimming 10k a week.

Could barely do a single pull-up at the time.

I think being able to maintain 20 reps for pull ups would be enough.

Once you get up there you might only need to do three sets a week to maintain.

Pull ups could save your life.
