Why can't you answer? Its a simple yes or no. Is it an insurrection when people opposed to the government attempt to burn down a federal court building with people inside it?
No, because as explained they were not trying overturn a free and fair election, you know the basis of our governmental system.

“It was on purpose” (by whom.....the pentagon, DOJ, the president, Capitol police?)

followed by:
”there was a desired outcome that the media wanted”

Does this logic really make sense?

Does the media now control deployment of police and national guard?

Did the media need to make Trumby look bad since he already lost the election?

yikes, this guy is pleading out to 3-4 years. first plea deal, i think, but it's gonna scare the sh!t out of a bunch of others, if they aren't already:

A heavy metal musician and founding member of the Oath Keepers extremist group pleaded guilty Friday to charges connected to the storming of the U.S. Capitol and agreed to cooperate with investigators — a first in the massive probe into the deadly Jan. 6 assault.

Jon Schaffer, a guitarist and songwriter for the heavy metal band Iced Earth, entered his plea during a hearing in federal court in Washington, D.C. The plea agreement, which comes 100 days after a mob of Trump supporters violently overran the Capitol, marks a significant step for prosecutors in the case.

Schaffer, who originally faced six counts, pleaded guilty to two charges — obstructing an official proceeding and entering restricted grounds with a dangerous weapon.

The two charges against him carry a maximum sentence of 20 years and 10 years, respectively, although the judge said that — in light of the plea agreement — Schaffer is facing from 3 1/2 to four years under sentencing guidelines.
as it should be...the message, unequivocally, should be that the event of 01/06 at the Capitol was a crime, from start to finish, and there should be no other outcome for those who participated in the attack.
