First committee hearing is tomorrow, 4 Capitol Police officers set to testify....this should be interesting.

The witnesses for Tuesday’s hearing — officer Harry Dunn and Sgt. Aquilino Gonell of the U.S. Capitol Police, and Metropolitan Police Department officers Michael Fanone and Daniel Hodges — have already spoken out about their experiences during the invasion.

Fanone has described being “tortured” by the violent mob. “I was, you know, struck with a taser numerous times at the base of my skull,” Fanone told CBS News last month.

Dunn in February told ABC News that he had been called a racial slur dozens of times on Jan. 6.

More than 500 people have been arrested in connection with the insurrection attempt, including at least 100 who have been charged with assaulting a federal law enforcement officer.
who will be the first Republican Congressperson to defend the mob and smear the cops - the same cops who faced the mob to protect them on January 6th - on live TV, to their faces?

I wonder how many more officers are going to "commit suicide"
I wonder how many trump supporters are going to be convicted of assault on police?

A video showed him holding a collapsible baton and shouting, and shouting, “What (do) patriots do? We f--- disarm them and then we storm the f--- Capitol!”

“We’re going to walk down Pennsylvania Ave. ... and we’re going to the Capitol,” Trump said. “We’re going to try and give our Republicans — the weak ones because the strong ones don’t need any of our help — we’re to try and give them kind of pride and boldness that they need to take back our country.”
So they did.
An initially peaceful parade escalated into violence once the crowd massed on the Capitol steps. Some shattered windows and stormed the building, sending America’s elected leaders scrambling for safety and leading authorities to lock down the entire Capitol complex. Four people died in the mayhem, Washington police said, one who was shot by police and three others in medical emergencies. Many others were injured, including 14 police officers. Police also investigated a potential explosive device nearby. As as of 9:30 p.m., police had arrested 52 people, most charged with curfew violations.
But many Trump supporters were undisturbed by an attack on one of the seats of United States government that even top Republicans not named Trump almost universally decried — a “failed insurrection,” as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called it.

"we know who he is" ... this is basically a threat, no?

so think about that....the ex-Prez of the US is essentially threatening a specific LEO, via social media. a Clown World dog whistle, at minimum. god forbid something should actually happen to the LEO.

It's impossible to have TDS when you have that blowhard doing what he does best, supersaturated-sh!t babbling, dribbling it into his supporters orifices, only to have them burp it right back up en masse. I say burp because they clearly have digested and processed the sh!t.

Cue the usual suspects.
