The final conclusion is that the Republican Party no longer exists. There is a Trump party and it is a party of corruption. You know it and I know it.

We used to have the Republican Party and and the Democratic Party, each of which appealed to a wide constituency, leaving few disaffected voters in the middle. Now we have the Trump Party and the Progressive Party, each of which appeals to a very narrow (and vocal) constituency, leaving a huge mass of people in the disaffected middle, with no party representing them.
