Probably dropping in on you, California
Phase 1 trials began in May:

If you were in charge of distributing the vaccine, would you wait until Pfizer completed all trials and got emergency FDA approval to build a distribution system or would you build a distribution system ahead of time so that you can give the vaccine as quickly as possible when it was ready?
but did the states know theyd be distributing instead of the feds?

I got a call from the hospice taking care of my father yesterday. They told me I needed to contact a funeral home and "reserve a spot" for my father because they are having problems "placing clients" due to COVID induced demand.

I'm thinking 2021 is going to suck way worse than 2020.

They have a high incidence of false positives-40+ percent in a Harvard study. Look it up.

The rapid result test where they bury a swab in your brain is more accurate.

What happened to the flu that kills lots of folks every year?
It flatlined in March and has not reared it's ugly head since....based on the data....

Scam of epic proportions and most can't see the forest through the trees...
That's some damn good brainwashing right there....

And then there's this...
Here's to a weird 2021!

flu is almost non-existent this winter bc of social distancing and masks. if it works for one respiratory virus, it works for the others.
Your evidence for the effectiveness of social distancing and masks is that flu is almost non-existent. If they are effective for the flu, why aren't they simultaneously effective for COVID-19? Shouldn't we be seeing the same reduction in COVID-19? Or is there another explanation for the "disappearance" of influenza, such as that influenza surveillance has been absorbed into the broader category of "influenza-like illness" which includes COVID-19?

flu is droplet
SARS COV dos is aerosol and droplet.

Big difference in regards to masks.
One of the biggest differences too is that Covid19 can spread from asymptomatic people. Something like 50% or more of the spread is caused by asymptomatic people.

Asymptomatic spread of the flu is rare:

If people were to:

A) Wear masks during flu season when they are sick
B) Social distance when sick/don't come into work sick

We could really see a drop in flu deaths and overall flu numbers.

Would this lead to weaker immune systems? Further trouble in the future for kids that now are operating in a much more sterile environment?
