I heard my wife pounding on something with my machete around 3am, asked wtf she was doing. She said don’t come outside, you won’t like it.
Keenfish? Joshua?
That’s what I thought, Cantil. Not the first, perfect environment for them with the lagoon full of water and plenty of frogs to eat. The mistake this one made was not staying off the patio. And a fatal misjudgment of la ogra’s machete skills.
IMHO anything with that wide, spade-shaped head is moved to the top of the do not phahook with list. That’s what I thought, Cantil. Yep....surf here was not great this week, but we were further south where it peaked on Wednesday OH - OH+ at a couple of reefs, tonite we're resting....it's been a run + Thanksgiving munchdown, the whole region is in post-surf lockdown^ Donde?
Do you live in Playa Grande?
Excellent.Yep....surf here was not great this week, but we were further south where it peaked on Wednesday OH - OH+ at a couple of reefs, tonite we're resting....it's been a run + Thanksgiving munchdown, the whole region is in post-surf lockdown
Yeah, we're considering moving south (still in Guanacaste), but "off the grid" isn't that far away....the real estate market has cooled + the number of fat white tourists w/screaming children is reaching max capacity. Our day in the sun is over, but the vibe is still cool despite the crummy infrastructure.Excellent.
I have friends living in Playa Flamingo and Playa Potrero.
Been going there at least once a year since '91.
Love it there but boy has it changed in 30 years.
Tamarindo was just a dirt road in and no permanent structures on the way in until you got to the dead end where the restaurant was. Just tent style souvenir shops back then and the airstrip.
Got damm has it gotten crowded and expensive.
