oh, you're in BR? how come i can't get that cut in the US?
You can probably find it if you dig around (you can for sure find some in those Brazilian markets, I know of one in Mar Vista, but I'm not sure if they're good). But it's pat of the Rump, I understand that in the US they usually do different cuts with it.

I've looked around here (SE US) without finding it. My BIL in Saquarema does pichana to die for - looks a lot like yours :cheers:
Looks expensive AF... but couldn't expect any difference from Wagyu cuts.

good to know it's here somewhere, even at $40 per lb. maybe i'l get Mrs. Sussle some for Christmas:LOL:

We have a lot of descendents from the Azores here, so some butchers will do them :beer:

Didn't read the article but probably an oil & global warming thing (for starters) ? So when the power company shuts off electricity due to high winds those new homes won't have light, heat, a working stove or oven, and your freezer/fridge contents will spoil, but all of that can be remedied with a big fat diesel burning generator.:monkey:
