And it's bigger than Dallas stadium

70,240 seats
expandable to 100,240 for Super Bowls

Plus used for two NFL teams, so every Sunday a game. Plus concerts of course and more.

That will be tough and during the afternoons (most of the time) no less. The Chargers will only have 5,000 fans per game so you can count on LAX traffic being nightmarish those late Sundays...

A shame Al Davis made Irwindale so gunshy. They had several gravel pits they could have converted.

Traffic moves remarkably efficiently when there are shows at the Forum next door. Hopefully that'll still be the case here...

That whole development will be a Money Factory for the LA Rams owner and the City of Inglewood. This is much more than an NFL stadium (which will be world class). There are like 2500 housing units under construction onsite, plus way more than a million sf of commercial and hotel stuff. Kroenke (owner of the Rams and the land) just killed it when he bought the old Hollywood Park racetrack property some years ago. Traffic? Yes, there will be traffic.

Putting a stadium underneath one of the worlds busiest flight paths, great idea. A plane flys overhead about every 5 mins or less.

The field is 100' below grade so the FAA-mandated clearances for the upper decks would work

Good God, and, we're worried about all the fvcktards that are going to come flooding up to "that place".
God have mercy on you that live in that wonderful place called "HELL A".
Glad you all think it so wonderful down there, just too bad y'all won't stay put and enjoy your paradise.
We were just down in that area last weekend for a dog herding class in the Malizoo mountains with Cojo, and, I've gotta say, what a farkn' $hitshow! Trancas Market? how 'bout a $6 chai that took 1/2 an hour to get from some freakn' kook-ass hipster with a man-bun.
Made the mistake of going to a place off Kanan Dume rd. called the Malibu Cafe for lunch. Great place, really cool except for the $28 Tri-tip sandwich, $10 Bud Light, the $26 Egg's Benidict and a mandatory $9 Valet Parking that they thought we needed to tip.
YUP! I'm an old fart.
