Not unusual for it to pitch like that for a lot of shorebreaks. Fisheye can distort a bit though.Shattered glass in the lip. Is it an optical illusion or does it really throw out 2 X the wave height?

About how long do ou usually spend in the water when there is decent surf, decent surfers/boarder's in the water, good conditions for shooting, etc.?
Although I know you've been filming for a few decades (I used to follow you in the alt.surfing BB in the 80s) do you find yourself exhausted or pretty tired after a session? Your quads must be like iron! J
