Now I am wondering what that shot would look like at 1/10 second. Would be tough to get good results, I imagine.

Wish I knew I was in aperture priority, then I could've adjusted on the fly and shot accordingly. I typically assume a fast shutter so I get a bit more spastic when I shoot. That's probably the reason I am so bad at water video photography.
