Steve played music at the Kona Steak House in the mid 1970's when I was bouncing there. "Kapono" did as well with a 3 some called the Pakalolo Trio. There was some good music going through Kona at the Steak House and Huggo's.That would be him. Want to say he lives or did live in Palolo.
