We have an aging work force at my company so we have hired a few of this new generation Z kids and it has been a hoot to interact with them.

I don't pull any punches and some have come to like me and use me as a mentor but a few have come to despise me.

I tried to be politically correct for a while but then it got so ridiculous that I don't even try anymore.

Now I just purposefully tell it like it is and if they don't like it they can suck my dick.

I use all the trigger words and it makes me so happy when I see their wheels turning followed by their head exploding when they realize they can't do a damn thing about it.

When my 26 year old coordinator and I are on the phone, and neither of us in the office, he’s a normal guy and we can drop the woke sh!t and curse and say things like “retarded” and “that bitch is stupid AND crazy” etc. There are in fact still plenty of normal 20-something’s, , not overly dramatic or sensitive about Pc sh!t. Also, admins were teachers who would go be admins for a while and then come back to teaching.

Now the admins are middle manager types, their job is to screw the subordinates.

I worked in the grocery business and saw this model.

Then I worked at Cal state and saw them adopt this model in the mid 2000s.
