Once it was known that Biden was harboring documents, the FBI and DOJ was not called in to take over the search and cataloging of these documents. Why?
The Biden camp only came clean that there were documents weeks after they were discovered and only after CBS news broke the story that there were documents. Why did they wait?
Seems like Mr. Biden did something wrong (and very stupid) and is getting preferential treatment.
The only difference between Biden and Trump is the style in which they perform the brand of grifting.
Trump had classified documents in his possession were secured in a single place at Mar-a-Lago guarded by Secret Service. There wasn't a single document that Trump wasn't authorized to possess or view. The National Archives had an inventory of these documents, knew what Trump had, and was negotiating their return. The FBI was there a week prior to view them and discuss secure storage while the negation was taking place. The raid was done to embarrass him politically. The DOJ used a story in the NY Time about docs being flushed down the toilet as their justification for need to get the docs ASAP...even though the genesis of the story was from the J6 Committee which had been proven to be a lie.
Biden had documents he wasn't allowed to have and the National Archives didn't know he had them. They were unsecured and accessible to anyone who had access to the building. When they were discovered at the Chinese funded Biden-Penn center they contacted the National Archives who retrieved them. The the whole thing was hidden from public for2- 3 months. Once a special counsel was announces Biden had his private attorneys who don't have th necessary clearances go through his offices and residences to search for more documents...which they found in various unsecured locations. Sound familiar? It's the same method Hillary used to decide what was government property and what was her's befog she deleted everything else. This alone should trigger a response similar to the raid on Maralago....but for whatever reason the DOJ is going to trust a man who can't remember if he ate breakfast and whose favorite color is toaster.
The big difference is that trump is a self serving piece of sh*t, self promoting narcasist who would sell out his country for the right price, while Biden is a good man who is in public office to serve the public

Once Trump leaves office he is debriefed on all programs/data/info. Other persons in the past from previous administrations have retained their clearance to assist the new incoming administration. This is not the case. Trump and everyone in his administration becomes a regular person without classified clearance. That means he is not cleared to have any documents in his belongings. Therefore, there is no need for Trump to have documents in his possession. Also he is also not allowed to discuss what he was cleared or debriefed for.
Same for Biden.
This is correct.
We all can agree that neither party should have had these documents.
The difference is that Trump had documents in one place, cataloged and secured. Biden on the other hand, had documents in multiple locations, disorganized and unsecured.
Take away: Trump is engaged in organized grifting and Biden is engaged in disorganized grifting. At the end of the day, they are both grifters.
