Looking to go somewhere with warm water and somewhat cheap accommodations/food
So far thinking of Ecuador (Quito > Canoa > Ayample/Olon/Montanita)
Costa Rica ( San Jose > Mal Pais, maybe San Juan Del Sur > Popoyo
Brazil (Rio > Floripa > Non surf related travel for 2 weeks)

Let me know what you guys think and maybe if there are other options

Ive had some good waves in Tonga and Samoa around those times, PNG Rubio surf plantation retreat was really different. Worth the plane fare and more a mid budget surf trip because of flight costs.

A month is a good amount of time, step it up and hit The Gold Coast, OZ.
There are inexpensive ways to pull it off.
An adventure you won't regret.

Rincon Puerto Rico is pretty cheap and has a million spots as you head north east towards Isabella...can also hop on a flight to barbados or DR around the corner.

Goldy in oz would be ok but Australia is no cheap destination anymore, even with the exchange rate
