Anyone had it? I can’t figure out why I get it. I suspect it would s either from wearing flip flops, running barefoot or surfing. (Or some combination of all three) Last time I got it a cortisone shot in my foot made it go away almost instantly. This time I’m trying icing and rest. Hard to rest your feet though...

I got mine from doing push-ups bare foot.
Shoe inserts helped a lot . Cortisone shots too. I have to surf in booties to pad my feet. I've had it for two years before finally going to the doctor. It's getting better now slowly.
