Why was Jordy's full rotation in the semis just a 9.33 while Italos full rotation in the finals was a 10? If Jordy gets world title runner up again hes gonna be devastated.

I watched both on the heat analyzer (lmao, like i'm gonna watch the entire conest live). Italo's wave was way overhead, hands-free, blind/backside and Jordy's was a Kolohe style grab rail frontside reverse on a head high section. IMO Italo gets the chicken dinner no conest.
You can’t really compare scores form different heats. The scale moves around from heat to heat.

Well, yeah. You can compare scores from two waves in the same heat and see how fuckled the judging is just fine, but comparing scores from different heats is no different from comparing a 10 at Pipe to a 10 in Brazil.
Doesnt make any sense. If thats the case then a perfect 10 was not available in the semis.
So Italo's was a ten. what would have happened if jordy or him got another one that allowed for a turn or two before an epic maneuver like that?
