My girl friend got cancer and now all of a sudden she don't want to fuck no more.

I'm like, "I understand that you have cancer, but what about my needs!?!!"

Great to hear, brukuns. Nothing like a great day to shift things around.

Yesterday was good, ran 19 miles (and no, that 20th was not happening), took family to county fair which was a blast although man they know how to get your money. Long day, though. Still catching up on Olympics. So far from what I've seen, at least track-wise, best event was men's 1,500m. Watched it twice, it was that good.

Followed that up this morning, going to the garage fridge, the door is a slow opener, and as I hook around the door, collide my fresh, fragile, brand-new big left toenail into the metal door guard. Hadn't done that before. Impaled and split down the top of the middle. My fucking god that hurt and I apologize to all the churches within a 1/2-mile radius.

Every time I injure myself, it’s something dumb like that.

19 miles - Kento-Goggins :jamon:

Sorry about the big toe. Completely agree with @PRCD. It's often the dumbest sh!t. :foreheadslap:

Thanks. At least they complement each other now. Circling around the back of the firepit camping last Sunday night, forgot about the damn grate leaning against it. Knew exactly what I did when I hit it with big toe knuckle hard enough to stretch the chain. Barely bled, just impact, bone on metal. Found one of the camp chairs and just silently sat there for a while to let that pain clear. Brilliant - own worst enemy. And it is always the stupid sh!t where I'm focused on something else.

Damn straight. Ran 7.5 miles this evening at 8:03 average pace, shade over an hour. Not bad on tired legs and a battered toe from earlier this morning.

Watched highlights of the marathon. Man, those guys are moving sub-5:00 pace and with nasty hills too. Crazy. Otherworldly.

two hour surf at sunrise (way more fun than expected) and straight to a good strong vinyasa class. then 2 hours on a wave runner with two adorable, hysterical, and totally batshit 10 year old girls, then a swanky pool party on the bay

I'm exhausted, but it was a hell of a sunday

Vinyasa? What? Are you some kind of a foreigner? A commie? Vinyasa… never heard the word before. The little blond with the pony tail is trying but, keeps making the peace sign…. Cuties!

Change of plans... wife no longer at new job. Instead she invested in it and won't have to work. Good stuff.
Stocked to hear that worked out and that you didn’t give your progeny any scotch on his bday. Ngl if youd gotten him a little high I’d have been cool with it. Weed is tight
