I'd bet if you have something from the 80s that Slater rode it might be worth some money, but imho his boards' value is really that of any local shaper's - you can take it back to them and say what you liked and didn't like when ordering your next one.

I doubt it too...just recovered my Fox Wave Weapon from a buddies house, it was my board back in high school in the early 80's, Greg Loehr shaped it. I just sunk ~$200 to make it water tight again, a sentimental investment, as the board is probably not worth that...but hey maybe there will be a surf show that is the Meacham Auto equivalent!

Nah in one piece but had seen better days, became a wake surfing board it took a lot of beatings.

Nah not evough notable surfers road his boards to put him out there as a great shaper.

early 80s when i saw "Kechele" printed in a magazine i assumed it was pronounced "key-shell"
i suppose cuz Michelle is pronounced "mi-shell"
