thats a beauty GWS, cant imagine how fast a RED Alpha Omega is!!

:roflmao: :roflmao:
I'm thinking of starting a new one. Orange tint this time. Just to **** off the forum's political debate addicts...

or maybe I'll read the pillow a few more times?

Whatever. It is a scientific fact that red goes faster.

Oh, you are nasty bad and evil. (y)

We need to get Duff's blue board in the same frame. Good against evil. Yin/yang.

I was actually thinking about A/Oing a midsize widened Pod.

Pod — Campbell Bros. (bonzer5.com)

Just something to get me in the water. I've kind of lost it lately. Depressed. For maybe the first time in my life I'm just not that interested in going surfing. I need to do something.

That would be a rad outline. When you refer to the AO and applying it to other outlines, is it more the bottom contours or the combo of bottom and twin fin?

It would be a combo of the AO bottom, then the obvious question of making it a twin.

Another one I was thinking of was at one point I made this mini longboard that would fit on the diagonal in my truck bed. I think it was 7'8". This is maybe 15 years ago. Then I re did that, moved the widepoint back, pulled the nose a little and put a wider diamond on it. I think I did that one at 7'6". (I think I dropped the nose rocker as well? I still have the file) It looked like a transition board only with a Bonzer setup etc. Really fun surfboard. I sold it ten years ago. Ran into the kid that bought it from me recently. He LOVES the thing. Will not sell it. He rips on it. Maybe redo that only with a twin setup? Maybe plug in modern fish/keel fins? I suppose the fact that I am even thinking about this is a positive sign. She'll be right mate!

. Works great for me, love the board. I’m not busting airs and doing rotations , ever. Not sure how it would work for that crowd.

Will be interested to see how a pu one works compared to the dark arts.
Was running FCS power drives , then the merrick twins Duffy hooked me up with and now Griffin twins.
They all work well. Griffin, Merrrick and then FCS is how I have them ranked for now.

pics below running the FCS fins on what was probably too gutless waves for the board but still fun.
Board loves some juice. Makes drops and impossible sections. Once you figure it out it will surprise the fook out of you.

A little bit of curve in the face and room to run is all they need. Low tide into the inside, you can attain some surprising amounts of speed on days like that. Just keep driving the thing through turns...

This is where I take sh!t for my decor. The dog was a much beloved one and upon his death someone gave me the painting. It was sitting on the couch because at the time I didn't know where else to put it. It's hanging in the stairwell now. (I miss you Jig!) The pillow, yeah, I have a wife. I think she's trying to tell me something? Maybe it's working. I don't wake up wanting to hurt someone quit as much anymore. Whatever. At least the couch isn't "Salmon" colored?

thanks and a good reminder to take it out more, I am guilty of being a bit picky with when I ride this. The egg has been getting a lot of mileage too lately.

Looks like I should have plenty of opportunity to try it out in not optimal conditions the next couple months :cursing:
