Young males can get lumps under their nipples do to the high hormone levels. This is called gynecomastia and is usually nothing to worry about. Surfing could aggravate the condition, too. doctor did a quick check on it and he told me that it was either a cyst or a swollen gland, adn that hell check it out later int eh week
