I’m glad your back muscles are seizing up. No, wait, I meant to say, I’m sorry this is happening to you.
Joking aside, sounds like when I first “injured” my back. It took me a half hour to get my wetsuit off. Did you do something that triggered it? My trigger was a three day barrel fest.
Sucks. It’s the “acute“ phase Of “non specific back pain.” My advice (my only qualification is having gone through the same/similar thing ) )is don’t hesitate using meds to take the edge off right now. Even the dreaded opioids. I forgot which one they gave me. Tramadol. Then high dose of NSAIDS. The point of the meds is to get you moving. Don’t take them and lay in bed.
I think you know the drill- movement, exercise, strength training.
