People who litter need to get curb stomped. I caught my neighbors cleaning out their car in front of the house nextdoor to them. This is what they left on the curb as they drove off while I stared them down and they tried to wave to me and claim they didn't do it even though I never said a word to them.

It's the same family. I'm so torn, I don't want to start a war with my neighbors but fvck. And frankly I can kinda understand how one might not give a fvck in some other neighborhood. But this is literally in front of the house next-door to them. They live here. I just can't even wrap my head around how anyone thinks this is okay and I'm somehow the asshole if I say something.

Do they have drop cams?

If not, put a bead of Epoxy in their front door keyhole. Just a bead. You don't want to seal it shut so it's obvious. You want them to struggle with no clue as to what is wrong.

When I had parking issues with them I was very tempted to remove the valve cores from their tires and put them in an envelope in the wiper. Technically thats not stealing or destroying anything, I'm just freeing some captive air.
