Winslow, who played his final NFL season with the Jets, was originally detained after authorities responded to a possible burglary call last Friday afternoon in a mobile home park in the San Diego area. The 34-year-old was charged with first-degree burglary and held on $50,000 bail at the time.
Winslow’s attorney denied the claim the next day, saying the former first-round pick had entered the community to house shop for his mother-in-law and had not entered any of the homes.
In a statement, his attorney said Winslow “emphatically denies committing any burglary. He would have no need to burglarize or steal anything from anyone at a trailer park.”

I bet there's a real good chance none of these major charges stick. Although the multiple unrelated accusations point to sexual predator the actual evidence seems lacking.
He'll end up doing the exact same thing again too.
