curious about this one. felt a 5'7 under arm and the rail feels well foiled than the listed stringer thickness at 2 5/8. the hyfi 2.0 construction feels interesting too. what size is yours @waxfoot?Sub Xero with twin + trailer is the magic now.

The rail is what everyone immediately comments on, it doesn't feel like a JS rail at all. You can easily go up "two thickness increments over your normal thickness" and it not feel chonky.curious about this one. felt a 5'7 under arm and the rail feels well foiled than the listed stringer thickness at 2 5/8. the hyfi 2.0 construction feels interesting too. what size is yours @waxfoot?
I like the looks of this one, maybe it would go good a bit longer and narrower? thinking 5'9 x 19 5/8 x 2 9/16 in the 30.5-31L rangeThe rail is what everyone immediately comments on, it doesn't feel like a JS rail at all. I have the 5.7 and surfed it as a quad at first and now as a 2+1. Both these set ups are fantastic - didn't even bother as a thruster.
I've ridden a groveler probably 70% of the time in CA over the past few years.a proper groveler has been one of the greatest things to happen to me in surfing
You wouldn't have been on your groveler but you would have wished you were on a groveler.I'm kinda surprised in your videos I would have expected you to ride your blady shortboards in those conditions, as I wouldn't even be on my groveler.
Are we talking about the same video?lol that's not dribble
I'm talking about the old videos of Lowers.yeah, that's barely grovel material
They're still there.what happened to the lowers videos?
under that clip I wrote that the board was redlining.also found the vid at northside and it looked chest to shoulder on you
Mine is anything under waist high.your definition of grovel is far different than mine.
huh. OK.I can;t believe you surf as much as you claim you do.
You'd be wishing you were on a groveler.I've got 50 pounds on you and I wouldn't be on my groveler in those waves
