Urban dic is ridic:

Top definition
rogan
A unit of measurement. One rogan is the size of a thumb or toe. To be used universally and explicitly when measuring small men.

Joe Rogan is the standard unit of measure and is exactly one rogan tall.

Measuring legendary giants like Owen Benjamin in rogans is incalculable, after all, he is a 6'7" LEDEND!

Rogan units of measure are explicitly used for small men in fancy pants with lollipops in their pockets
Ben Shapiro is approximately three quarters of a rogan tall without wearing his small hat.

While wearing his small hat, Shapiro is half a rogan tall.

This is the exact kind of discourse and exchange of ideas that leftists are afraid of. Nothing hateful, simply a factual discussion about the fact that a disproportionate number of females relative to males, mostly in their preteen years, are deciding to transition to the opposite gender. This caused a huge shitstorm at the Spotify home office and the Twitterspheres.

Why are leftists so afraid of these types of conversations?

there’s nothing science-based about the Joe Rogan show.
Plenty of guests are PhDs and experts in their fields and discuss their findings. You would know if you spent more than 15 seconds listening to it, like you already admitted in this thread

This is what you’re not understanding. Rogan is an entertainer, not an educator. Many people are going to be turned off by his guests, especially when he gives a free platform to white supremacists, fear-mongers, conspiracy theorists, and psuedo-scientists.

Giving those people a platform dilutes the message when a credible person is a guest on the show.

Howard stern has the same problem, which is why I didn’t bother listening to him when he attempted to make the transition from shock-jock-make-fun-of -mentall—and-physically-disabled-fart-joke- guy to “serious interviewer”.

Of course Rogan is not an educator, and I’ve never said that he is. Having PhDs on his show is often very educational for the masses because the fancy book learnin folks have it dumb down the message to make an ape like Rogan understand, which helps everyone understand it.

Also, if the leftists were not on such a tirade trying to shutdown reasonable discussions around controversial issues, such as the example I just posted, then there wouldn’t be nearly as much demand for Rogan. It’s the mania surrounding the issues and unwillingness for most outlets to discuss them that creates the niche, and Rogans popularity is a reflection of that.

Nah. The Pittsburgh P is a dead giveaway. Paul Wall is from Houston, no way he'd sport those. Lol

where’s the tirade? Where are they shutting people down? Can you give a few examples or would you rather just freak out about nothing some more?

Are you seriously playing dumb and just trolling on this one? :ROFLMAO:

I've posted dozens of examples of leftist protestors shutting down (or attempting to) controversial speakers. To which a certain dumdum here replies with a kneejerk spambot "BUH BIGOTRY IS NOT A DISCUSSION" as if every single one of those speakers was channeling Hitler from the grave. Many of them, such as Jordan Peterson, get their message across without saying bigoted things and there are still attempts at shutting him down at a lot of his venues.

As for Rogan, here's the proof of spotify employees trying to force management to delete additional episodes, right after he had the psychologist who dared to point out that preteen girls are taking hormone transition therapy at a rate that is 40x that of boys. Why is that such a controversial thing to talk about? Seems like something worth investigating and of legitimate concern to parents.

"However, it subsequently came to light that a number of Spotify employees had taken issue with JRE, with many pushing for the removal of additional episodes. Shortly thereafter, DMN revealed that the in-house opposition went even deeper than that, as some team members were demanding direct editorial oversight of Joe Rogan Experience episodes – and threatening to strike or stage a walkout unless they received it."

"Moreover, one of the JRE episodes reportedly at the center of the controversy – a mid-July conversation with author Abigail Shrier,"

:roflmao:
Now that you've been proven wrong, again, go on and ghost like your jilted lover :trout:
